Virtual Race FAQ's
What is a Virtual Race?
Our Virtual Race is an event that you can run, walk or cycle in a specified month. Just like an in-person race, a finisher medal goes around your neck to celebrate your success. Virtual Races are about being healthy, having fun, and accomplishing your personal goals.
How Does it Work?
- Purchase the race on our SHOP. CLICK HERE
- Next, it’s time to get started, complete the challenge by exercising within the parameters of the challenge and complete it whenever and wherever you want. As long as you complete the distance within the specified MONTH, you will be awarded your medal which will be posted to you following completion.
- When completed upload evidence on the form below demonstrating you have completed the challenge. (A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR MONTHLY TOTAL) Please upload you results within 30 days of completing the race. Your results will then be reviewed and your medal and certificate will be dispatched within 7 days.
How to track your goal?
Proof can be in the form of a screen shot from your phone of Strava, Garmin, Map My Run/Walk or any other tracking app route.

- Hero Paws not liable for any accidents or injuries sustained while taking part in this event.
- Children are welcome to take part in the event but should be accompanied and closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Virtual races purchases are non-refundable.
